We are seeking an experienced Bid Modeller / Commercial Manager to join our growing transport consultancy commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing winning commercial strategies for design and build projects and design frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of bid teams to develop and implement winning commercial strategies for design and build projects and design frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Director and Bid Manager to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with company expectations.
  • Present commercial strategies to senior stakeholders through the organisation's governance process.
  • Work with the Commercial Director to manage financial risk and opportunity across the business.
  • Collaborate with project managers and directors to manage commercial risk and opportunities at a project level.
  • Advise teams on commercial contractual issues as needed.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract and experience in bidding for engineering design services on design and build projects. You will have a passion for tendering civil engineering projects and enjoy the commercial aspects of winning and delivering projects.
