Key Responsibilities:

As our Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering amazing hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Your focus will be primarily on our Meetings, Events and Groups business, handling enquiries, finalising event details, billing, and accurate record keeping.

Your Key Challenges:

- Identify new business opportunities and stay aware of local developments and competitors
- Ensure contracts and quotes are issued correctly and efficiently
- Understand and meet guest needs, conduct show arounds, and promote all services offered
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to ensure staffing levels drive conversion
