Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock, ensuring accurate recording and safe storage.
  2. Pick required parts/materials according to production schedule requirements and review for accuracy.
  3. Produce parts/material 'kits' to meet production schedule requirements.
  4. Check line feed supply as needed.
  5. Ensure orders are picked following 'first in first out' principles.
  6. Conduct cycle counts.
  7. Inform management of any problems encountered.
  8. Perform general housekeeping duties within the warehouse to maintain high standards.
  9. Assist with yard housekeeping.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Support the Plan for Every Part Coordinator on ad hoc projects as required.
  12. Participate in the annual inventory count and audit.
  13. Take an active role in Perfect Execution activities as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full FLT license
  • Prior warehouse experience is desirable
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable
  • Numerate and literate
  • Attention to detail
