Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a rolling contract.

The successful candidate will be working within the Energy (M&E) Division and must have previous commercial experience and proven supervision skills, with a strong track record of working on various M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical teams and coordinate daily activities
  • Assist project managers with health and safety inspections
  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical work on all projects
  • Work closely with contractors to deliver projects on time
  • Submit daily activity reports to project managers
  • Provide technical guidance and support to DC power teams
  • Coordinate site audits and follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in robust M&E projects
  • Strong planning, organisational, and monitoring abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise work, manage pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed business expectations
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Must hold a valid right to work in the UK

We estimate that this role will come with a salary of around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
