Educational Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Foreign Languages teacher to join our thriving department at Flourish Education Ltd.
About the Role:- Teaching French and Spanish to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and academic growth among pupils
- Fostering effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration
- Proven expertise in Modern Foreign Languages, with specialized knowledge of French and Spanish
- Strong language skills, including fluency in both languages
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Modern Foreign Languages, with a deep understanding of curriculum design and delivery
- Exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students
- A competitive salary of £29,998 to £42,900 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting student achievement
