Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance professional to join our team in Luton. This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus up to 20% bonus.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions as part of our Engineering and Maintenance team. You should have technical knowledge of aircraft and hand skills required to carry out tasks assigned. Competence in the use of aircraft maintenance documentation, computer-based reporting, and recording systems is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a UK Part 66 B2 license and authorization or equivalent on company aircraft. They should also demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation and have a minimum of 3 years' operational experience in a line maintenance environment.
As an Aircraft Maintenance professional, you will work effectively in a team, supervise small teams as required, and communicate issues to management with a high degree of customer focus – both internal and external.
You will also need to demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and be willing to be flexible to meet deadlines, overcome operational problems, and embrace change while driving improvements within the business.
