Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, building strong relationships with customers, and guiding them towards the most suitable products.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be accountable for:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities, working with individual customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, advising customers on the most suitable options and features.
  4. Sales and Negotiation: Agree on sales and negotiate prices, working within company guidelines to ensure maximum profitability.
  5. Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on deliveries, scheduling complementary services, and maintaining contact to build relationships and future business.

Requirements:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  2. Results-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the latest products and services, with the ability to advise customers on the most suitable options.
  4. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to provide a seamless service to customers.
