Sales Opportunity
Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product.
The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating suitable options to customers, understanding their buying strategy, and encouraging test drives.
- Agreeing on price and payment methods with customers, working within company guidelines.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to achieve business objectives.
- Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations.
- Following up on deliveries with personal calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Planning and organizing daily selling activities, including telephoning prospects to obtain new business.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Able to plan, organize self, and meet work deadlines.
- Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail and maintains good quality of work.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve business needs.
- Able to react positively to organizational and market changes.
- Proficient in PC, Microsoft, and web applications.
