Property Manager Opportunity

Chalfont Careers Ltd is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their team in Guildford. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring that landlords, tenants, and contractors are informed of actions taken, programs of work, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property maintenance issues
  • Record accurate file notes on the property management system
  • Book inspections and conduct property visits
  • Process invoices and obtain competitive quotes
  • Manage insurance claims and arrange gas safety certificates and EPCs
  • Collect rent and manage credit control
  • Return deposits and negotiate between landlords and tenants
  • Comply with lettings administrative procedures and legislation
  • Provide exceptional client service

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent team worker
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • ARLA qualification desirable
