Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and results for landlords by ensuring our available register of high-quality properties are let quickly and on terms to suit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants and understanding their search requirements
  • Booking viewings, both from direct enquiries and database call-outs
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Managing landlord feedback
  • Generating offers and agreeing lets
  • Pre-tenancy compliance and administration

Personal Specification:

  • Experience is preferable but not strictly necessary
  • Natural rapport-building skills, with an interest in people
  • A flair for communication, with strong verbal and written skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to overcome objections and to create solutions
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A resilient and commercial attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for new business
  • Willingness to assist with other office activities as and when necessary
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

Salary: The salary will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
