Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young adult with complex needs, including cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care and therapy sessions
- Support with daily living activities, such as feeding and suctioning
- Drive the individual's wheelchair-adapted vehicle
- Participate in fun activities and outings in the community
- Experience working with individuals with complex medical needs
- Full driving license and ability to drive a wheelchair-adapted vehicle
- Compassion, patience, and a passion for care
- Experience working with young adults
- Competitive hourly rate
- 5.6 weeks of annual leave (pro rata)
- Free DBS check
- Pension scheme (subject to qualifying status)
- Ongoing training and support
