About the Role:

Teach 360 is seeking a skilled Behavioural Intervention Specialist to join their team at a secondary school in Barnet. As a Behavioural Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with children who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing individualised support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people who have complex needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, and SEN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support and guidance to children with challenging behaviour
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and incidents
  • Contribute to the development of behaviour policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of child development and psychology

Salary: £85-110 per day (dependent on experience)
