Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator) - Transport Industry

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator) in the transport industry. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent and building strong relationships with clients to provide innovative solutions to meet their needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for recruitment. You will also need to have previous transferable experience and a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills in recruitment, sales, and client management.
