About the Role
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHSFT is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Outpatient Department Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical services strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- 1st level Registered Nurse (Adult) or equivalent qualification.
- First level degree in a related subject or equivalent qualification.
- Post-basic qualification in cancer/palliative care or relevant subject.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Advanced Communications Skills Training or prepared to work towards.
