Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Autism Primary Teacher to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with Special Education Needs and will be passionate about helping them achieve their full potential.

Differentiated Instruction
  • Designing and delivering tailored teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities within the classroom.
Monitoring Progress
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating students' progress, adjusting teaching methods and support as necessary to facilitate learning and development.
Advocacy and Support
  • Acting as an advocate for students with SEN, ensuring their needs are understood and met within the school environment and advocating for necessary accommodations or resources.

The role offers high levels of job satisfaction as you witness the progress and achievements of your students, often against significant odds.
