About the Job:We're seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to fill this exciting role at our partner school in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with autism and be passionate about making a positive impact on their lives.
Job Description:The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Teaching and Support: Delivering tailored teaching and support to students with autism, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and evaluating student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Education or a related field
- Experience working with students with autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
