Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex patients, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote patient-centered care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to support workers on clinical best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Lead the team on shift, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. If you have a background working as a band 6 Registered Nurse or previous experience as a band 5 in a neurological setting, we encourage you to apply.
