Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to ensure effective care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to support workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with national guidelines.

Requirements

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. You will have a strong background in neurological care and be able to demonstrate clinical effectiveness by reflecting current evidence base and national guidelines.
