About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to a child with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

Job Responsibilities
Provide individualised support to a child with complex SEN needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualised plans.
Use your creativity and imagination to engage the child in learning activities.
Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary Details
Estimated salary: £43,000 per annum
£105-£110 per day
Type: Full-time, full academic year, term-time only.
Location: Based in Hounslow, London.

Requirements
Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues, parents and carers.
You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
