Hawick Service User Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Hawick team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse individuals, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care and support, tailoring approaches to meet specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system, documenting progress and insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; Ark provides comprehensive training to equip you for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.

- A competitive salary up to £23,150.16 per year pro rata, plus enhanced overtime rates.
