About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Paediatric Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children's Physiotherapy Team, you will be responsible for assessing and providing advice and intervention for children and young people aged 0-19 years with a variety of developmental conditions.

Main Duties
  • Assess and provide advice and intervention for children and young people with developmental conditions
  • Work collaboratively with specialist colleagues and partner agencies to develop effective and responsive services
  • Travel independently to visit children in clinics, at home, and in school or nursery settings
  • Attend meetings and training or development sessions at NHS bases around Cumbria

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy recognised qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Health and Care Professions Council registered
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

Desirable qualifications include evidence of post-registration education in the paediatric field, significant postgraduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy, and experience of supervising and supporting colleagues.
