Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to ensure compliance with employment policy and legislation.
  • Support Senior HR Business Partners to become an influencer for Regional Managing Partners, executing the HR roadmap across the business.
  • Act as a point of contact for management teams to support the talent agenda, advising and supporting employees at all levels.
  • Deliver activities such as succession planning, development planning, and employee relations issues, serving as a 'go-to' point for HR-related queries.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, payroll, recruitment, and Learning & Development to mitigate people risks and ensure business targets are met through employee retention and engagement.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee relations case resolution.
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law and previous business partnering experience at all levels is essential.
