Job Description:
  • Produce actionable insight showing trends and areas of improvement for quality.
  • Support the management of the BMW outsource quality assurance provider.
  • Assess the Quality of the audits performed by our outsourced quality provider.
  • Support the designing of new quality assurance assessments.
  • Support the service delivery improvement of operational teams and outsource providers to deliver better customer outcomes.
  • Produce and deliver Management Information presentations on quality performance.
  • Work with complex data sets ensuring their accuracy.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Maths, Analytics, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to show trends and identify root causes.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
