At RBUK Legal Limited, we are looking for a highly skilled OL/PL Lawyer to join our team of professionals in South Manchester. We have a range of exciting opportunities available for an experienced OL/PL Lawyer who is passionate about handling legal cases and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability cases, providing expert legal representation and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling litigated matters, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Access a portfolio of high-quality work from non-Claims Management Company (CMC) sources, offering a diverse range of challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of PQE in handling OL/PL files, with a strong track record of success and a passion for delivering excellent results.
  • Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing litigated matters, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for handling legal cases and a desire to assist clients in obtaining optimal results, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
