Job Summary

A skilled EL/PL Lawyer is required to join RBUK Legal Limited in South Manchester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Occupiers' Liability (OL) claims from inception to resolution, with a strong focus on fast-track litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress a fast-track caseload of EL, PL, and OL claims.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation and litigated cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, prepare for court proceedings, and negotiate settlements.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in handling EL, PL, and OL claims.
  • Proven litigation experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the fast-track claims process.
