Job Title: Procurement & Contracts Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Contracts Specialist to join our team at Telefonica Tech. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Develop and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in an IT reseller/distribution environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to negotiate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
