Job Title: Social Housing Electrician

NUCO Solutions is currently seeking an Electrical Tester to join their team for social housing reactive maintenance contracts.



This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical testing and a strong understanding of safety protocols.



The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical tests on domestic properties, ensuring they meet the required safety standards. They will also be responsible for reporting any defects or issues found during the tests.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out electrical tests on domestic properties
  • Report any defects or issues found during the tests
  • Work with the NUCO Solutions team to resolve any issues or defects found during the tests
  • Contribute to the development of the NUCO Solutions team


Requirements:


  • Experience in electrical testing
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
