About the Role- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosages and timing
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, reporting any concerns to the care team
- Participate in staff training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
