**Job Description**

Anderselite LTD is seeking a Construction Financial Manager to manage the financial and contractual elements of diverse rail infrastructure projects across the Northwest region.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction finance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
