HE Programme Management Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of HE Programme Management Position at our University Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of higher education programmes, working closely with academic staff, and contributing to the development of new initiatives. A strong understanding of the higher education sector, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential qualities for this role.

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop existing higher education programmes, ensuring they meet quality standards and student needs.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, working collaboratively with colleagues across the University Centre.
  • Contribute to the development of new programme proposals, working closely with academic staff and external partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including students, parents, employers, and other external partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, making recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
