Key Responsibilities- Work independently to treat allocated clients, providing physical support and functional activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Conduct holistic functional assessments, defining individual goals and developing therapy programmes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with registered therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and evaluate resources and ways of working to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Level 1 (Band 3) or Level 2 (Band 4) functional skills.
- Work-based competencies or ability to achieve work-based competencies required for the role.
- Foundation degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent with therapy experience.
