Job Summary:

Creative Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, physical needs, and support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized, person-centered support to service users.
  • Offer mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team working within the service.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and encourage them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of service users.
  • Work in a flexible manner, which may include working evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team and provide support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to changing circumstances.
