**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work at our supported living service for adults with a learning disability, physical needs, and support needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality, individualised, person-centered support to service users.
  • Offer mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team working within the service.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and encourage them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the service users.
  • Work in a flexible manner, which may include working evenings and weekends.
