Mechanical Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our national delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and other related systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building services engineering, with experience in design and specification of mechanical systems. You will be confident in using computer software such as Hevacomp, Navisworks, and NBS, and have good report writing skills and experience of making presentations to clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and a double matched pension contribution. Our Employee Assistance Program is committed to helping your health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and specification of mechanical building services systems
  • Confident use of computer software such as Hevacomp, Navisworks, and NBS
  • Good report writing skills and experience of making presentations to clients
