Mechanical Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our national delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and other related systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building services engineering, with experience in using software such as Hevacomp, Navisworks, and NBS. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, and will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to project delivery. You will also have a strong understanding of digital technology and its application in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and specification of mechanical building services systems
  • Use of computer software such as Hevacomp, Navisworks, and NBS
  • Project management and coordination
  • Client-facing communication and presentation
