Office Supply Chain Specialist

We are Elate Staffing Solutions Ltd, a dynamic business seeking a skilled Sourcing Professional to manage our procurement process. As a Buying Office Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire buying cycle, from requisition preparation to supplier liaison.

Job Description:
- Assist in preparing requisitions for approval in the ERP System.
- Review and convert Master Planning Purchase Orders for approval.
- Foster effective communication with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal customers to arrange goods returns and collections.
- Regularly inspect stock levels and monitor inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and distribute employee attire.
- Maintain company vehicle leases and produce regular purchasing reports.
- Ensure adherence to company health and safety protocols and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
