Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a well-established gastro pub in Billericay. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Liaise with the bar manager and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Deal with customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant presentation
  • Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a gastro pub or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of computer systems and rotas
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
