About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill this key position, which comes with an estimated salary of £32,285 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice frameworks, including the Family Safeguarding Model and Systemic Practice.
  • Prioritize and manage a caseload, delivering high-quality interventions and support to meet the diverse needs of service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of services, informing quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification in mental health or a related field.
  • Significant experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A deep understanding of systemic practice, family safeguarding, and trauma-informed approaches.
