Job Title: Head of Policy and Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Policy and Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large projects and processes, influencing policies and procedures, and providing solutions to complex technical projects and business issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large projects and processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Influence policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide solutions to complex technical projects and business issues, requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field.
  • Advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts in a specialized field.
  • Broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
About Ingram Micro Financial Solutions:

Ingram Micro Financial Solutions helps manage creative IT finance strategies to secure reseller partners in the technology market. The Solution Development Executive supports Business Development efforts, identifying and structuring finance solutions, obtaining required underwriting information, executing finance agreements, and working with inside sales, legal, and underwriting teams.

The Solution Development Executive manages operations necessary to close opportunities, including credit qualification, establishing internal approvals, identification of required resources, oversight of business development proposed solutions, facilitating required documentation, and ongoing portfolio management.
