Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at TS Grale, a specialist industrial manufacturing and assembly business. As a market leader in our field, we have secured new contracts that will drive growth in revenue and profitability.
The successful candidate will shape our manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain systems and processes to ensure we meet growing demand. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective management and control of all site functions, encompassing production, assembly, and complex component supply chains.
- Strategic planning and implementation to meet our company's strategic goals.
- Leadership and development of the site management team, ensuring accountability and delivery of goals and objectives.
- Responsible for delivering SIOP to enhance revenue and profitability performance.
- Further development and enhancement of robust KPIs, ensuring better visibility, accountability, and performance.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a track record of success in industrial operations, preferably in an Automotive or industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education, high-level management qualification, and Lean Practitioner certification with a record of Lean implementation.
