Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As an Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our students' learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare lesson materials to support the delivery of phonics sessions to KS1 students.
  • Develop and implement activities in line with the RWI scheme to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other education professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources to support student learning.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, teachers, and other education professionals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent experience in EYFS.
  • SEND Certificate and other Phonics training qualifications beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 and EYFS curriculum.
