Position Overview:
As a Childhood Education Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating early childhood education. Your creativity and patience will be essential in instilling a love for learning and aiding in the comprehensive development of young children.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of stimulating activities that encourage learning and growth.
- Establish a secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere where every child feels appreciated.
- Support the lead educator in maintaining classroom order and fostering a constructive learning environment.
- Track children's development and provide insights to educators and families.
- Promote positive behavior and assist children in developing their social and emotional competencies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a rich educational experience.
