**About the Role**

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that positively impact the employment experience of staff, clinicians, and managers across our trust.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our workforce data analytics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality, evidence-based digital workforce solutions that support the achievement of our NHS People Plan goals.

Main Duties

  1. Scope and research evidence-based digital workforce solutions that bring real benefits and efficiencies to the trust, staff, managers, and patients.
  2. Develop business cases and other associated reports and documents to secure organisational support for digital workforce solutions and digital workforce transformation.
  3. Project manage the implementation of digital workforce solutions and developments, reporting and presenting progress to relevant meetings and committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educated to Masters level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working in a specialist area.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
