We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Rapid Response Nurse to join our Kent Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a Community Rapid Response Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to our clients in their own homes, particularly during night shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide exceptional and person-centred care to our clients, adhering to care plans, best practice guidelines, and company policies.
- Advocate for Clients: Advocate for the best interests of our clients while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, report concerns promptly, and complete any relevant documentation.
- Support Team Members: Support new members of the team on shift, guiding them through client care plans, regular tasks, and important information.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £55,524 per annum based on working 35 hours per week.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for mileage if you drive beyond 20 miles from home.
- Overtime Pay: 20% increase in the hourly rate for overtime nurse shifts.
