A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a well-respected property management company based in the Old Swan area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the block managers with general administrative tasks related to residential block management
  • Ensuring effective management of the residential block management portfolio, including managing property repairs and maintenance enquiries
  • Maintaining/updating Property Management software and producing reports
  • Diarising cyclical maintenance and management deadlines
  • Managing keys and raising work orders for minor works
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in lettings admin, block or property management is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
  • Solid IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
