Block Management Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a well-respected property management company based in the Old Swan area.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the block managers with general administrative tasks related to residential block management
- Ensuring effective management of the residential block management portfolio, including managing property repairs and maintenance enquiries
- Maintaining/updating Property Management software and producing reports
- Diarising cyclical maintenance and management deadlines
- Managing keys and raising work orders for minor works
- Prior experience in lettings admin, block or property management is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
- Solid IT skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Opportunity for further development and support with IRPM qualifications and progression
