We are looking for a talented Dining Team Member to join our team at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and consistently provide a warm welcome to our guests. Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain composed in fast-paced environments will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.

As a Dining Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as food preparation, presentation, and plating. You will also be trained in our company's policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, and will be expected to adhere to these guidelines at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also require basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
