**Job Description:**

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of our KS1 students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of our KS1 students.
  2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's journey.
  5. Encourage hands-on learning and project-based activities that foster creativity and innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
