Dedicated SEN Assistant Wanted for Primary School Role

About the Job Description: The job description for this SEN Teaching Assistant role includes supporting students with various special educational needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), Dyslexia, and Physical Disabilities. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the class teacher or SENCO to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
You will provide one-to-one support for students with complex needs, helping them engage in lessons and work towards their goals. Your key responsibilities will also include collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to identify and address any areas of concern related to students' progress and behavior.
