Care Manager for Elderly Dementia Care Setting

**Job Summary:**
Bright Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead an elderly dementia care setting in the Eastern Region. The successful candidate will oversee the effective delivery of care, manage resources, and develop a high-performing team of care staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the smooth running of essential support services, including catering, laundry, cleaning, and property maintenance.
- Manage resources and adhere to agreed budgets.
- Recruit, develop, and lead an effective team of care staff.
- Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of care that meets the needs of each resident.
- Actively promote the home within the local community while maintaining private bed occupancy and supporting corporate marketing efforts.
- Ensure full compliance with Company, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Statutory Requirements.
**Essential Skills & Experience:**
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Management experience within an elderly dementia care setting.
- Full, valid driving licence.
