Warehouse Operative Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Huboo. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce clients by picking, packing, and shipping their orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing orders for our e-commerce clients with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to our clients
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25kg
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
